The purpose of the ACM news feed is to provide prospective home buyers with access to pertinent housing information on a real-time basis. The ACM news feed provides convenient access to housing information from more than 50 websites including housing news wires, housing investing news companies, think tanks, academic institutions, the Federal Reserve, foundations, housing associations, real estate listing companies, government- sponsored enterprises, U.S. government agencies, housing business intelligence companies, and housing indices. The ACM news feed also provides access to information about 20 residential real estate investment trusts (REITs), 30 mortgage-backed securities funds (ETFs and mutual funds), and 30 publicly-traded home builders in order to help prospective home buyers conduct a comprehensive analysis of the U.S. residential housing market. The first ticker stream provides real-time information about residential REITs, the second ticker stream provides real-time information about mortgage-backed securities funds, and the third ticker stream provides real-time information about publicly-traded home builders.
