These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in New York County, New York.

You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions on the Site. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Site for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or third parties. Upon termination, your right to access Paid Services and the Model Portfolio will immediately cease.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Adkins Capital Management regarding the use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
